5 Boro Laundry offers FREE Pick-up & Delivery on all orders. Our dedicated delivery team will pick-up on request and have your garments delivered back to you worry free in our clean, sanitized delivery vehicles. While we do offer many pick-up and delivery time slots, we understand it may not always work with your schedule. As a result, we’ve partnered with DoorDash in select locations to allow for more flexible pick-up & delivery time slots.
Our fast and easy pick-up delivery laundry service takes the hassle out of doing laundry. Simply schedule a pick-up time that is convenient for you, and our professional team will come to your doorstep to collect your laundry. We offer a quick turnaround time to ensure that your laundry is returned to you as soon as possible. Our laundry services are available for both residential and commercial customers.

With DoorDash, you'll have flexibility in selecting a time that works best for you, making your experience with us even more convenient. We value your satisfaction and strive to make our services as efficient and accessible as possible.Â
You don't necessarily have to be there in person for pick-up or delivery of your items. However, it is best if you are able to be present. In the case that you live in an apartment building, it is preferred that the items are left with the doorman. Should your building not have a doorman we will require remote access if you will not be available during the pick-up or delivery.
If you live in a private home, you can leave the items in a safe location for pick-up and advise regarding delivery ahead of time. However, please keep in mind that we are not liable for any stolen items during this process.
It's always better to take precautions and ensure that your belongings are in a secure location for pick-up and delivery and that you are present during these times.
It is also required that all garments whether Wash & Fold or Dry Cleaning be packaged in any type of bag that can be closed. We will NOT accept tote bags and hampers that are not sealed.
